Joyce Hulshof – Scheeren | Skin Specialist & Founder of Huidkliniek Parkstad
Her journey toward skin improvement began from personal insecurity. As a teenager, Joyce struggled with severe acne, which had a deep impact on her self-image. That experience became her motivation: she wanted to truly understand what happens within the skin and learn how to help others feel confident in their own skin again.
In 2012, Joyce started her career as a beauty specialist and quickly built a successful salon with a team and the Babor skincare brand. Yet, she felt something was missing — she wanted to go beyond relaxation and focus on real results. She wanted to truly help people.
That’s why she pursued additional education, specializing in acne care, dermatology, and skin aging, and earned certifications to work with medically certified equipment. In 2017, she started over — small, independent, and entirely on her own terms.
The practice soon grew into a modern clinic with four treatment rooms, where professionalism, results, and personal care come together. Together with her team, Joyce has developed Huidkliniek Parkstad into a leading clinic in South Limburg.
Their mission is clear: result-driven skin care with clinical evidence and medically certified technology, combined with genuine personal attention. No standard treatments, but personalized plans that improve the skin and strengthen self-confidence.

Marina Steijns – Skin Therapist
Marina has over ten years of experience in both medical and cosmetic skin care. In recent years, she worked at a large national clinic, where she gained extensive expertise in complex skin conditions. At the same time, she developed a strong desire to work more closely with clients — with short communication lines, personal attention, and treatment plans fully tailored to both the skin and the person behind it. This vision aligns seamlessly with the approach of Huidkliniek Parkstad.
As a bachelor-trained skin therapist, Marina specialises in laser and IPL treatments, medical and chemical peels, microneedling, and skin rejuvenation. She has extensive experience treating pigmentation issues, scars, acne, vascular conditions, and improving skin texture. In addition, she has worked both as a self-employed and mobile skin therapist as well as in a practice-responsible role, which means she always works with a strong focus on safety, precision, and results.
Within her field, Marina has completed additional specialised training, including advanced laser and light therapy, Morpheus8, medical peels, and microneedling. She is also trained in working with medical-grade cosmeceuticals and has further deepened her knowledge through continuing education on the relationship between nutrition, supplementation, and skin conditions. She applies this expertise to carefully combine treatments and fully tailor them to individual skin needs.
Marina is KP-registered and a member of the Dutch Association of Skin Therapists (NVH). Her way of working is characterised by calmness, attentiveness, and customisation — not standard treatments, but a well-considered approach focused on long-term skin improvement.
Drs. Enzo van Loo | Cosmetic doctor, NVCG
Drs. Enzo van Loo studied medicine at Maastricht University. After obtaining his medical degree, he worked extensively in surgery, gaining broad knowledge and expertise in surgical procedures and honing his technical skills.
He later completed his General Practitioner training at Maastricht University, developing broad medical knowledge and strong communication skills.
Driven by his passion for aesthetics, Enzo specialized further in cosmetic medicine, completing the training to become a certified cosmetic doctor. Enzo is a perfectionist: he works with great precision, takes his time with every treatment, and sets high standards for safety and quality, using only premium brands.
Together with you, he carefully discusses your wishes and expectations, offering honest advice. His goal is always to achieve natural-looking results that preserve your unique expressions and character.

Esther Vernhout is an internationally experienced specialist in Permanent Make-up (PMU). With advanced techniques and in-depth knowledge of dermopigmentation, she helps clients enhance their natural beauty. Her expertise extends beyond the Netherlands, as she has worked in clinics and institutes in the United Arab Emirates, Belgium, and Germany.
With a background in chemistry and environmental science, Esther combines technical precision with an artistic eye for color, shape, and detail. She is broadly trained in the latest PMU techniques and specializes in color blending for perfectly tailored shades. In addition to treatments, she trains and coaches other PMU specialists, helping them elevate their skills to the next level.
