Terms and Conditions
1. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all treatments, products, and services offered by Huidkliniek Parkstad.
2. Treatments at your own risk
All treatments are carried out at the client’s own risk. We strive to provide the highest level of care and quality, but every skin reacts differently. The client is responsible for following the aftercare instructions.
3. Cancellation policy
Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. If an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, or in case of a no-show, the full amount of the planned treatment will be charged. If the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the treatment may be cancelled and the full amount will still be charged.
4. Payment
Payment must be made immediately after the treatment, unless otherwise agreed. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to charge statutory collection fees. For invoicing, a payment term of 8 days applies.
5. No refunds
No refunds will be issued for treatments or products, unless otherwise agreed. Clients may report dissatisfaction within one week to seek an appropriate solution.
6. Affiliation with ANBOS and the Disputes Committee
Huidkliniek Parkstad is affiliated with ANBOS and follows their guidelines. Complaints can be submitted to the Disputes Committee.
7. Privacy and confidentiality
Personal data is treated confidentially in accordance with GDPR regulations. Information provided during the treatment will not be shared without written consent.
8. Complaints procedure
Complaints must be reported within two weeks after the treatment. We aim to respond within five working days and offer a suitable solution.
9. Damage and theft
If the client causes damage to the clinic’s property, compensation may be required. In case of theft, the police will be notified.
